Attitudes for a common currency differ from nation to nation, or from region to region. We put a special focus on the role of the industrial mix – being a potential factor influencing heterogeneous transmission – and find a significant, but subordinated, impact on voting behaviour. © 2016 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.
